Welcome to Gallon Solar Projects Private Limited (“Gallon”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website gallonproducts.in, including all content, features, products, and services offered through the site. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Definitions
“Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person or entity who accesses the Site, places an order, or uses services.
“Products” refers to any goods we offer (e.g. water purifiers, solar water heaters, street lights, home lighting systems, inverters, batteries, panels) as listed on our site.
“Services” refers to any service offerings (e.g. installation, maintenance, AMC/CMC, rentals) related to our products or otherwise provided by us.
“Site” or “Website” refers to gallonproducts.in and its subpages.
“Order” means a request by you (via the Site) to purchase one or more Products or Services under these Terms.

If you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not transfer your account or your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation
Order Process
When you place an Order, you will receive an order acknowledgment (by e-mail or SMS) confirming that we have received your Order. This does not mean we have accepted the Order.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to accept or reject your Order for any reason (e.g. product unavailability, errors in pricing, suspicion of fraud).
Pricing & Payment
Prices are as displayed on the Site (including applicable taxes), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We may offer promotional discounts or coupons; such offers are subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
Accepted modes of payment (e.g. credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, other payment gateways) will be displayed during checkout.
Order Cancellation / Modification
You may request cancellation or modification of an Order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, but you may be eligible for a return/refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in certain circumstances (e.g. stock unavailability, system errors, pricing errors).
5. Delivery & Shipping
We will deliver Products to the address you specify, subject to our delivery zones, logistics partners, and stock availability.
Shipping costs, if any, will be indicated before you finalize the Order.
We aim to dispatch orders in the timeframe mentioned on the Site, but delays may occur due to external factors (e.g. natural calamities, courier constraints).
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery, unless otherwise specified.
6. Installation & Services
For Products requiring installation (e.g. solar water heaters, inverters, etc.), we or our authorized partners will perform the installation as per mutually agreed terms.
You must provide necessary access, infrastructure, and permissions for installation. Delays or additional costs arising from your failure to cooperate shall be borne by you.
Service offerings (maintenance, AMC/CMC, rentals) will be governed by separate service agreements or schedules specified to you at the time of availing such services.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns and refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Products may come with manufacturer warranties or service guarantees; you must follow warranty registration procedures (if any) to avail coverage.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, natural disasters, or tampering.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (designs, text, images, logos, graphics, software, trademarks) is the property of Gallon or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, and display any user content (e.g. reviews, images) you post on or via the Site.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallon and its affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use (or inability to use) the Site, Products, or Services.
Our total liability for all claims arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the aggregate amount you paid to us for the relevant Order.
While we aim to provide accurate information, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of content on the Site. The Site and services are provided “as is”, “as available”.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gallon, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Site or Services;
Your violation of these Terms, or any rights of a third party;
Your violation of any law, regulation or third-party right.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising under or relating to them are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [place, e.g. Bengaluru / Karnataka], India.
13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
