Billing Policy

  1. Payment Methods

    • We accept major payment methods including:

      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

      • Net Banking

      • UPI & Wallets

      • Bank Transfers (for bulk orders)

  2. Billing Information

    • Customers must provide accurate billing details at the time of purchase.

    • Orders will not be processed if billing details are incomplete or incorrect.

    • A tax invoice will be generated for every successful order, in compliance with Indian GST regulations.

  3. Pricing & Taxes

    • All prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive/exclusive of GST (as mentioned).

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added to the order during checkout.

  4. Order Confirmation

    • Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS along with your invoice.


Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

    • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time; customers will be notified in advance.

  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

    • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on location).

    • Express Delivery (where available): 3–5 business days.

    • Rural/remote locations may take longer.

  3. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

    • Free shipping may be offered on select products or during promotions.

  4. Tracking Orders

    • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.

  5. Delivery

    • Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

    • Customers must ensure accurate delivery details; Gallon Solar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  6. International Shipping

    • Currently, we ship only within India. For bulk/export inquiries, please contact our sales team directly.


Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • In case of damaged packaging or delayed shipments, customers are advised to:

    1. Note the issue on the delivery slip (if applicable).

    2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • We will assist with replacement or resolution based on the situation.
